Random April

Tyler caught the snowboarding bug and loves it! He's been twice and is quite good!

My dear friend Erika came for a visit with her son Bridger. I love the friends I've collected along my way. She's bringing a crew of our friends back with her in July!!

Zach and Stiles helping out at the Relief Society dinner, they are such good sports. Everyone loves them!
This is what I look like.
Loves to lay in clean laundry.
Annual "flocking" for the Donate Life campaign. We love Bryan!
The local boat stickers are pink this year. That's a good sign. I went out on the lake for the first time this year with Josh. We "fished". Didn't catch anything but it was nice to be out there again. Cosmo hated it.

Book club. Reba loved sitting with me at Rebecca's.
Zach got his braces off.
Whitney and I went to the chains but didn't get in the water. This lake is so pretty...

She got her tags! She's almost official.
Whitney did our Sunday hair.

We took a RZR ride at Big 5. Tyler is a great driver.

A girl and her dog.
Scorpion season :(
We dog sat Obi. He's a funny dog.

Cosmo was SOOOO happy to have Whitney back.

Tyler went Turkey hunting out at the Kaibab and brought back this monster. So proud! There was LOTS of meat on it.

Skiing @ Snowbowl

I woke up early and took myself skiing at Snowbowl in Flagstaff. It was an unbelievably beautiful morning and day. I can't explain it, but skiing is good for my soul. I can't wait to go again next year. I really miss skiing.

Words to live by.

Spring Breakin' in Colorado

We made a trip to Granny and Pops' house for some Spring Break fun. Cosmo loved meeting them and Maggie. Maggie was less impressed with his endless energy:)

Tyler got his redneck on and killed a dove the first day we were there. He also cooked it. And ate it...

Zach showing off his butterfly knife tricks.

SNOW!
Going sledding. Cosmo would chase the kids and tug at their coats the whole way down. I'm not sure he loved this activity. We didn't take him out the second time we went.

Pops took me cross country skiing. I'd never done that and it was quite the work out!

The next day, we headed up to Wolf Creek to do some skiing. The snow was terrific and it wasn't too crowded. either! As you can see, the weather was beautiful. I sure miss skiing. It doesn't seem like winter without at least one ski trip. Now I feel like I can get on with spring!

We had a great time getting away and loved getting back to the mountains if only for a week!
