Random December

December was FAST but fun.
More playdates for Cosmo
Josh and I golfed a few times. Each time I played with this ball, I thought of Rudolph's nose. It's my favorite ball right now.
Whipped up a movie screen out of 7 twin sheets for the ward party. It turned out perfect!
This little beauty got her braces off...
This little man had gum grafts on the same day...He was a trooper and handled it so well.
Sweet note found in Josh's new office.
Drive in Ward Activity. It was such a fun activity which I hope we do again.
Seth and Lynda Nolan did a great job introducing the new bishopric, radio show style. So clever.
The Gustavesons brought over a cookie decorating kit and other FHE treats. They are so sweet to us.

Sunnie Cummings sent me some "snow from SLC". It was a fun little activity. Just added water and voila!

The kids had a ZOOM gingerbread house competition for YW/YM
The NGS smokestacks Were demolished and it drew quite the crowd. It will be weird not seeing them on the horizon when entering Page.

Cosmo's first toy is pretty much annhilated. It had a good run. He has more toys than the kids at this point...
I did the puzzle that Zach received as a White Elephant gift.
Driving range with the Mr.
I love all he colorful balls I've collected. I'm actually getting better at putting them too!
Tyler was invited to do some carolling with Ben. Such a fun memory. We did lots of fun Christmassy things despite stupid Covid. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year !!!

Since I continue to be obsessed with Bananagrams and no one else will play with me. I made as few words as I could with the entire set of letters. I will be trying to beat this record next time I play. Yep, I'm a nerd.
Finally got rid of Tyler's crazy hair. Unfortunately, we picked up another weird haircut (mullet).
Josh and I continue to improve our game, well he does...

The moon gets ridiculously large when it's full and at this spot in the sky. Pictures will never capture its beauty.
Finally cut into my giant gummy bear that I got for a white elephant gift. I don't even think you can call it food at this point. It was like pure plastic.

Page Giving Stocking

This year, there was a group of women who put together a game in town where they hid 11 stockings (at the beginning. I think other stockings made their way into the game by the end.) They would leave clue on Facebook as to where they were and when you found one, you had to post that you found it and then re hide it with a clue on Facebook- oh and you had the option to take whatever you wanted from the stocking or to add to it. It was a lot of fun for the kids and if they were bored, we would go out and "get a stocking". We invited some of their friends along for the fun sometimes. It was such a fun little activity and one I think they'll find memorable. I love a good puzzle and so do my kids! Here are pictures of the stockings we found and the places we hid our stockings. I would post our clues but I can't remember them! Coming up with clues and adding our own items to the stockings was the best part.

Hanging out at Allies after a fun night of "hunting".
