Local Wildlife

One of the benefits of living in the boonies is that we regularly see wildlife around our house (well it's a benefit until we get our landscaping done, then it will be an annoyance). Here are a few pics of some wildlife we've caught on film:

Tyler @ 2 months

Okay, I'm a lame toe and can't get this picture to rotate, but I hope you get a good idea of the size of this boy. We went to the doctor today and he weighed in at a whopping 11 lbs. 7 oz. and he's 23 1/4 long/tall now. That means he's gained almost 5 pound since being born and grown 4 inches. Whitney didn't reach this point until she was 4 months old. Needless to say, I am pretty happy about his growth.
Seriously though, he is so handsome! I love this little guy!

"Are we done with this photo shoot yet?"

I had just given Tyler a compliment and he blushed and said "Oh Stop!" He said it kind of effeminately. It was weird.

Beautiful Things

This is a shot of the sunset out our back window. I can't take credit for the picture. Josh took it.
Whitney wanted to "play ballet" this morning. She sure is growing up fast these days. This is her signature move. She hasn't quite got the gracefullness of a ballerina yet...just likes to rock out mainly.
The whole get-up.
Another beautiful thing: Two kids.
and last but not least, ragamuffins. They are "Bery Bootiful". I always told myself that my kids would always be put together, I guess I didn't realize that kids(well this one) prefers the messy look. If you look close, you can see the juice mustache, it's hard to notice it because it blends in with the spaghetti sauce beard so well.
Well sorry 'bout the long post. Kind of random, but not much is going on around here and I wanted to do a post. Josh went ice fishing this weekend without sunscreen, so now I'm married to a mexican- is that racist? I don't even know anymore-he still looks cute, just a few shades darker. Tyler is doing well. Whitney is bored most of the time. I pretty much just daydream about spring and taking walks that are longer than my normal run to the garbage can. Is anyone else over winter yet?
