Random March...

March has been a busy one for us this year. It honestly hasn't been my favorite, It has been a hard one, but there have been some fun and good things. Here are a few random pictures that I found on my phone that I wanted to remember.

I was cleaning Whitney's room and found this little bear that was given to her when she was a few months old. Grandma Jones gave it to her and it's called a wish bear. You write your wishes on a paper and put it in the little pillow that the bear holds. I found this note, I don't know how old it is. It says " Wish Bear, Please help me to get along with Tyler and Zachary better. This is my wish." Whitney. It melted my heart and also made me a little sad...

Josh's sweet Deacon boys came over and sort of had a going away party for him. We loved the cake! Gotta love a good cake typo...

The kids and I went to a friends house while her husband and Josh were off riding motorcycles in Utah. The boys had a little fun of their own... It's always fun when we go to the Lechtenbergs...

Captain Moroni dropped in to our primary...Totally normal.

Tyler swallowed a golden dollar at the end of February. We were told it would pass so we waited...and waited. Finally, after a second x-ray showing that it couldn't get past the stomach, he went in to have an endoscopy. This is what a golden dollar looks like after a week and a half in your belly. There's lots more I could write about this experience, but mainly I'm just trying to forget it, so...
Josh resigned as County Attorney and that has caused a lot of attention and stuff that I don't like. Definitely a bitter sweet experience that has brought on lots of stress and questions! We're excited for a new adventure and know it's time to move on, but are pretty much just cruising on faith at this point! YIKES!
Tyler made me breakfast the day after his surgery. I think it was a "I'm sorry I blew our deductible out of the water" breakfast.
His cute friends' mom gave him some chocolate golden dollars made of chocolate. HAHAHA. The Popsicles were to sooth his throat. Hopefully he doesn't try swallowing any more real ones.
And there was more wrestling with Dad.

March is over with and we're going to move Josh to Arizona this weekend. I'm just going to try to take a deep breath and deal with the rest of the year. Something tells me it's going to be crazy...

Our House...

So, since we're trying to sell our house, I took a bunch of pictures of it to post on line. I wanted to post them here so we will always remember our little house in Star Valley (tears). It's been a great house and we've made many memories here. At the end of the day, it is only a house and the memories lie with us and not in the bones of this house. But it is still a little hard in some ways to leave...

Cutest Little Volleyballers in America...(and Undefeated!)

Volleyball was SO much fun this year! I was Whitney's coach again and we had such an amazing group of girls. They improved so much and were so sweet to each other. We really gelled as a team and had a ton of fun. I will miss them. We won all 6 games of the season and had to work hard for most of those wins. Most games were nail biters and stressed me out more than they should. I know it's just little league, but I can't help but want to win! I hope they all go on to play next year and for years to come.
They did the limbo after every game. It was sort of a tradition. They also liked to jump over all the balls when they would roll them back to the server. Such a quirky bunch.

How cute are these girls!!!?

Sunday Morning Snuggles

Everyone loves snuggling with Dad. This particular morning was extra great because it was Sunday and Josh didn't have to go to meetings in the morning. Yay!

Easters...

Here are a few of our Easter Festivities...

The annual town Easter egg hunt. This year it was held at the golf course.

We colored eggs this year by melting crayon on to them. Didn't look exactly like the Pinterest picture, but whatever...

Then we did the Easter morning thing. Egg hunt and all.

Family photo of us going to church together. I feel like it's been YEARS since we all left together. Maybe it hasn't, but I know Sunday mornings are not something I look forward to. The boys are not fans of church yet. It was nice to have Josh home to help. I'll be on my own for two months so I relished his presence.

And this little man wanted his own picture taken. If I was as cute as him, I'd want my picture taken too!
I feel so blessed to have the knowledge of the Restored Gospel. It calms my heart knowing that I will see my loved ones again and that all my losses will be made right in the life to come. I love that I can have my family forever and that we can live with our Savior again.
