October in a nutshell...

October is a pretty fun month for me. I’m not big into candy or dressing up, but I am a big fan of themed out  food. Here are a few of the Halloween foods I made throughout the month. (Once again, a big ‘thank you’ to Pinterest. I no longer have to come up with a creative idea on my own!)

This is a monster mouth:)

Here we are doing the annual FHE pumpkin carving activity. Whitney was our pumpkin gutter. She loves to get dirty and doesn't mind slimy gut-like things.

I really need to invest in some decent tools for carving pumpkins. I would not be at all surprised if I lost a finger one of these days.

This picture is just scary. The knife, the look on Tyler's face. Not a good combination. I can assure you though, he was not allowed to use the knife.
This isn’t really a Halloween thing, but it IS scary. We got enough snow for Whit to make this snowman. (Tear.) It has melted now, but it wasn’t cool when it happened. Boooo to snow. The kids, however, were soooo excited when they saw it in the morning and couldn't wait to get outside to play in it.

 Eating disgusting snow.

We went to the Fairview Trunk-or-Treat again this year. We also went to some houses in our neighborhood. How cute are my muscle bound super heros and my pretty little fairy? Poor Zach wasn't feeling so good, but he was a trooper and made the rounds anyway.

The Spooky/Cool house in the neighborhood. I love all their decorations. One day I'm going to be like them...Right now I'm mainly just focusing on my Halloween foods though...
 These are three happy Trick-or-Treaters:)
Hope everyone else had a fun Halloween!
