Random January

January seemed like a long month in some ways, but somehow went by fast in other ways. I can't explain it. Here are some shots of the randomness.

Whitney got her first Tinker Crate and let the boys make spin art with her.

The kids have been playing with their Christmas presents.

I took the kids to the driving range. Luckily there was no blood drawn this time.

The boys playing in a box with the chicken...
A Father's Day card I found from Josh to his dad. Says " Things I will try to do for my Daddy: Clean out his fishing tackle box for him, Go fishing with him so he won't be lonely."
I got bored crafty and made some party hats for primary.
One egg that I cracked open had a double yolk. Pretty exciting.

I was taking a winter bike ride and my tire popped mid way through. I had to walk my bike probably 5 miles back home:( Not a horrible view though.

We went for a walk one Sunday, in the desert in our back yard and found a little cave with food containers in it. Sort of weird.

Of course we played on the monkey slide for a bit.

The boys being boys.

Josh went fishing with bishop one day to do some fish studies...

On to February...

Pinewood Derby 2018

Tyler participated in his 2nd Pinewood derby last weekend. Josh did a great job at helping him with his car. He got second place!

Whitney mainly just worked on her rubix cube. (That takes up most of her time these days!)

Skylight Arch with the Gustavesons

We took our friends, the Gustavesons to Skylight Arch the other day. I think it was the only hike they haven't done around here. They are pros. It was so fun to spend the day with them. We headed to the Blue Pools area and another little area, I can't remember the name.
