Random July

There were some festivities going on at the park. Cosmo met the police dog. They became fast friends.

Josh took me to Rimview Terrace for my birthday dinner. The view was fantastic and the food was yummy.

This tired boy...
burying his head.
Found him sleeping like this one morning.
We've had a lot of wind which makes for great kite flying.

Such beautiful storms each afternoon.
Zach has had Rango for a LONG time! One year and 9 months! We think he is dead right now. Not sure though.

The boys have been ballin up lately.
Pickle ballin with my gal pals
Have you ever seen a straw that thick!

There's always golf!

We love a good birthday party. This one was a triple bday party for Ethan, Charlotte and Brooks Nolan.
Patriarch Gustaveson showing us how these flowers open up just at night.

Shark Week Slushy
The boys were trying to confuse Cosmo. Weird.

Celebrating Pioneers Past and Present

We had a big Pioneer Day celebration here in our Stake. There were many activities throughout the day. Here are just a few...

The day started off with a 5k run.
(Tyler and Allie)
Lots of Larsons and friends there.

There was some hoop dancing...

I took on teaching some candle making...

Fry bread...
They invited all 8 previous Stake Presidents to the event. Aunt Kathleen represented Uncle Leo. She did a great job talking about her time in Page.
Whitney and Zach were asked to participate. Zach did the stick pull with Stu Sandall.
A healing dance
Whitney playing her Violin. Come Come Ye Saints.

Josh and I were asked to participate in the pie eating contest. I had to feed him with my hands!! He only bit me once. But, we won!!

Jodi did a FABULOUS job bringing it all together. What a massive undertaking. There were so many activities during the day for the kids and so much food provided. It was a group effort and I think it was enjoyed by all. So fun to see all these Page pioneers in one place.

A Day at Lone Rock with the Drawes

The Drawes showed up to my Pilates class one morning and then asked if I wanted to go to Lone Rock with them. Of course I said YES!! I brought the boys and they had a ball handing out with Wyatt and Walker. I love that the kids are able to hang out with "cousins" occasionally while living in AZ.

I bought Cosmo and they brought Bindy. Love these cute black water dogs...

Pretty sure they are asleep in this picture...

Inevitably there is a mud fight at some point on Lone Rock.
Amy wanted to paddleboard out to Lone Rock and touch it and the beach. So, that's what we did. It was a bucket list item for her. I loved that I could come along with her!

Not much better than a day at the beach!
