Random February

Oh February....I was a bad documenter in February, but really it wasn't my greatest month so that's my excuse. Here are some pictures I did take. 

Valentines came and I enjoyed a little valentine from Tyler. 

I thought I'd really go all out and do a Valentines dinner that the kids were SURE to love! I got them cereals that they like and put a valentines twist on them. We were all happy. Cereal really is my favorite. If I were single and with no kids, I'd live on cereal, chips, and yogurt. Good thing I have kids to help me have a balanced diet!

They boys made a snowman...and then filled his icy body with BB's. 

I went on a hike on the Rim Trail with the scouts. Zach has some great leaders in this ward.

Whitney tried out for Honors Orchestra and gave us a preview before she headed off to Prescott. She is so talented. I never picked up on the violin. I gave it up because it was so hard! She is brilliant though, so she likes it.

Snowbowl with Kate

This was a BEAUTIFUL ski day. I could have stayed hours longer. I love skiing so much and have really missed it.  I was glad to have Kate with me to talk to all day. She's the best.

Cathedral Canyon

We invited the Hunts and the Cummings on a little winter hike down Cathedral Canyon. It was a bit muddy due to all the moisture we've received this winter, but we were still able to get down to the Colorado River. I love it when we have good company with us.
