Random April

Tyler continues to have no concept of color pairing...
We took a visit out to the amphitheater and played in the sand.

The Joneses came and slept over on their way down to Gilbert. We LOVE having them in our home.

 Watched Conference...

The cutest little note that Claire wrote...
 Putting the garden in...

 Random Science Experiment...

Zach has taken his Cave Comics ©  comics to a whole knew level.  I scanned his cave comics book into the computer and made a book out of it. He also made a poster that I had blown up and printed off. It was all very exciting when they came back from Shutterfly. The boys have been promoting their new comics and new store (under the stairs).I found a couple of their "ads" on my bed. So stinkin cute. I love their ages right now, mostly.

Celebrating getting "published" with his favorite butterscotch dipped RD's cone...

A razor ride out to Big 5. The kids love playing in the sand.

Attacking trash. It's our 3rd year doing this. Pretty sure our kids will NEVER litter because of all the trash they have to pick up. They get that it's an ugly thing to do!

Tyler wanted me to take this picture. How happy is this kid...haha
Running errands and climbing trees to make it interesting.

An evening at Lone Rock. The boys actually got in the water! Zach went all the way under!

Josh and I were coming home from St. George the other day and it had been raining, so here is a rare waterfall into the Colorado River...
I took a walk the other day and found this crazy looking weed on the trail. Looks very Dr. Seuss-y. So, of course I took a picture. Springtime in the desert is beautiful. It even smells great.
Goodbye, April! You were not my favorite if I'm being honest. Please, May, be cool.

Easter 2019

We had a lovely Easter. The kids started off the morning by going on a scavenger hunt around the house and finally finding their Easter baskets. Oh I love conjuring up a good scavenger hunt. Then after church we had the Larsons, Mallavias, and Skaggs over for an Easter dinner. We then went to the Larsons for our annual Easter egg hunt. This is a magical time of year...
